FRENCHTOWN - Joseph "Chad" Piedalue, 31, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, due to injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident.There will be a rosary service at Garden City Funeral Home at 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2. There will be a funeral Mass at 1 p.m. Monday, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Frenchtown; there will be a graveside service following the Mass at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Frenchtown. This will be followed by a reception held at the King Ranch Golf Course Clubhouse in Frenchtown.Chad, as everyone knew him, was born Sept. 29, 1973, to Joe and Cheryl Piedalue in Missoula, but he was raised in Ronan, where he graduated from Ronan High School. At an early age, it was his desire to attend a famous university out of state. He attained that wish by being accepted to the University of Pennsylvania on an academic scholarship before being admitted to the Wharton School of Business, where he attended for three years, majoring in business finance.Upon his return to Montana, he began his career as an ironworker, a profession in which he took great pride.He met and fell in love with Trisha Evers, and they were married Friday, Aug. 13, 1999, in Las Vegas by none other than Elvis Presley. Through this union, he became the proud parent to Trisha's young children, Tanner and Marissa. They later added to the family another child, Joseph "Dante."Chad's passions in life were his Harley, golf, working in the shop with his dad and spending time with his family and many, many friends. Wrestling was his lifetime passion, and he succeeded both on the high school and collegiate level. He enjoyed coaching the kids and looked forward to training his son, Dante. He will be missed for his warm smile, bight eyes and super sense of humor.Chad is survived by his loving wife, Trisha; and their three children, Joseph "Dante," Tanner and Marissa; his parents, Joe and Cheryl Piedalue of Ronan; his sister, Heidi (Eric); niece, Miranda of New South Wales, Australia; his brother-in-law, Don (Kim) Larsen; nieces, Brandi, Natalie and Riley of Missoula; and sister-in-law, Terra (Jay) Sharpe; and nephew, Jarred of Denver. He is further survived by his father-in-law, David (Diane) Larsen of Missoula; mother-in-law, Beverly Mott of Denver; grandparents, Ken and Marge Piedalue of Ronan; grandmother, Kathy Salomon of Ronan; and grandparents, Frank and Barbara Mathews of Milton, Wash.
