Henry J. PLOUFF

COHOES - Henry J. Plouff, 70, of Conduit Street in Cohoes, died suddenly Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy, embraced by his loving family. Born and educated in Cohoes, he was the son of the late Ludger E. and Albina M. Reil Plouffe and husband of the late Frances Andrews Plouff. Hank was a lifelong resident of Cohoes. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Mohawk Paper Mills in Cohoes as a welder. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Hank was a former member of the Moose Club in Cohoes. He is survived by his devoted and loving children, Lynda Plouff and Richard J. Plouff and his wife Maria; his adored granddaughter, Alexis, all of Cohoes; his sister, Lillian Loiselle of Cottageville, SC; and his brother, Alfred Plouffe of Colonie. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his siblings, Albina Carey, Jeanette Michalski, Edward Plouffe, Theresa McHale and Rita Plouff. The funeral will be from the Fitgerald Funeral Home Ltd., 105 Vliet Blvd., Cohoes, Saturday morning at 8:30. with a Mass of Christian Burial from St. Joseph's Church, Cohoes, at 9 o'clock.
