Blanche E. POMERLEAU

PORTLAND - Blanche E. Bois Wedge, 88, formerly of Westbrook, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005 at the Barron Center. She was born in Westbrook, a daughter of Napoleon and Grace Gouzie Pomerleau. She was raised, educated and lived most of her life in Westbrook. She had been employed by the Busy Bee Bakery, Maria's Restaurant, Howard Johnson's and for many years by the S.D. Warren Co. Blanche loved being with her family and enjoyed cooking. She was predeceased by husbands David Bois and Anthony Wedge. She is survived by three sons, David Jr. and wife Sandra Bois of Windham, Roland and wife Gale Bois of Standish, and Bob and wife Heather Bois of Hollis; a daughter, Pat Bois of Westbrook; step- children, Norman, Gloria and Tony; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Veronica King and Elva Pelletier both of Westbrook. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 1 p.m. in St. Patrick's Church Portland. Interment will be in St. Hyacinth Cemetery, Westbrook The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at the Barron Center, for the care and compassion, their mother received.
