Gilbert H. PONTBRIAND

Gilbert H. Pontbriand, 90, of Morgan St., Nashua died Tuesday August 23, 2005 in St. Joseph Hospital. Mr. Pontbriand was born in Nashua on February 21, 1915, a son of the late Joseph & Angelina (Bourque) de Pontbriand. Mr. Pontbriand was a lifelong resident of Nashua and was educated in local schools. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Pontbriand had been employed by Nashua Brass Co. for many years. He was a member of the NH Association for the deaf. Mr. Pontbriand had been a communicant of the former St. Francis Xavier Church and was a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Church. He was pre deceased by two brothers; Marcel dePontbriand and Robert dePontbriand, a sister; Annette dePontbriand and a sister-in-law; Rita Duclos Mr. Pontbriand is survived by; One brother-in-law; Roger Duclos of Nashua; Several nieces, nephews and cousin. s FUNERAL NOTICE: PONTBRIAND: Died Tuesday August 23, 2005 in Nashua. Gilbert H. Pontbriand, 90, of Jennifer Dr., Nashua. Graveside services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. During renovations, visiting hours will be held on Friday morning from 9:30 until the time of the service in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 370 Main St., Nashua.
