Joseph Henry Poulin Jr. of Dracut, a forklift operator and Army veteran, died Saturday at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was 49. Born in Chelsea, Mr. Poulin graduated from Melrose High School in 1973. He served in the Army from 1973 to 1975. He also was a forklift operator for Shaws Distibution. Mr. Poulin is survived by his wife, Andrea; his mother, Gloria Carroll of Medford; a son, Jason Poulin Coyne of California; his stepson, Anthony McCormack of Dracut; his sisters, Pamela Temmallow of Tewksbury and Faith; and a brother, Roland of Billerica. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today at St. Margaret Church in Buzzards Bay. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
