Leona Prejean, 82, of Beaumont, TX., died Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2005 at New Bethel Baptist Church with burial at Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the church. She was a native of Welch, LA, lived in China, TX and Beaumont, TX for 79 years. Survivors include her sons, Henry Thomas (Linda) of Beaumont, TX and Glen Davis of Warner Robins, GA; daughter, Delores Thomas (Royal) of Beaumont, TX; sister, Jessie Prejean Stinson of Houston, TX; twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
