Kerbleski, Dorothy Mary (Rivard)-- Albuquerque, New Mexico -- Formerly of Bay City Our beloved, wife, mother and grandmother passed away Sunday, October 30, 2005 at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her family at her side, age 87 years. Dorothy was born on March 30, 1918 to the late Emil and Mary Jane (LeBourdais) Rivard in Bay City, Michigan and had resided here most of her life. She was a life long member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, also a member of the Altar Society and St. Martha's Circle, she loved playing scrabble, enjoyed baking bread and will be especially remembered for her wonderful words of wisdom. She was married to Frank J. Kerbleski for 54 years and he preceded her in death on November 12, 2000. They were blessed with nine children: John (Marian) Kerbleski of San Francisco, CA, Mary Jane (Mike) Restani of Albuquerque, NM, Joseph (Marie) Kerbleski of Midland, MI, Patrick (Barbara) Kerbleski of Bay City, MI, Rosemary Kerbleski of Bangor, ME, Francis (Kathy) Kerbleski of Auburn, MI, Martin Kerbleski of Albuquerque, NM, Beatrice Kerbleski of Bay City, MI and Dr. Gerard (Julie) Kerbleski of Albuquerque, NM. Also surviving are twenty two grandchildren: Joseph, Elizabeth, Thomas, Katherine, Joel, Adam, Sarah, Zackary, Daniel, James, Timothy, Jeffrey, Kevin, Joshua, Matthew, Nicholas, Andrew, Valaree, Veronica, Michael, Eleanor and Catherine; four step grandchildren; one great grandchild, Aundrea; one brother and one sister-in-law, Emil and Mary Rivard; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Sarah and Frank Boyk and Betty Heeke and several nieces and nephews that were very dear to her. Besides her husband Frank she was predeceased by one granddaughter, Emily F. Kerbleski, she was one of fourteen children and was predeceased by seven brothers and three sisters. The Funeral Mass will take place Friday, November 4, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Steven M. Gavit with the Rite of Committal following in Calvary Cemetery in Kawkawlin. Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Parish Vigil Service will take place Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Kerbleski will be taken to the church on Friday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. and until the time of services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions for St. Vincent de Paul Society will be available at the funeral home. Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. 201 W.
