Flavia RIVERE

SIMONEAUX, FLAVIA RIVERE A homemaker and a resident of Brusly St. Vincent, she died at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, in Napoleonville. She was 95 and a native of Little Grand Bayou. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Pierre Part, at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Clar-ence Waguespack, celebrant. Entombment in the church mausoleum. She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Winnie Daigle and Gladys Breaux, both of Pierre Part, and Louise and Lloyd Cavalier, Belle River; two sons and three daughters-in-law, Gleason and Barbara Simoneaux, Plattenville, Milton Simoneaux, Napoleonville, and Wilma Blanchard and Mable Simoneaux, both of Pierre Part; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Rivere, Plattenville, and Emily Cavalier, Schriever; 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren and numer-ous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duvillier Simoneaux; parents, Phillip Sr. and Ernestine Cavalier Rivere; four sons, Ridley, Whitney, Sidney and Aldridge Rivere; sons-in-law, Floyd Daigle and Roy Breaux; four sisters and four brothers.
