DEERFIELD -- Wilfred "Wil" Routhier, 93, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at the home of his daughter after a long illness. He was born in Derry, the son of the late Odias and Adelina (Guilmette) Routhier. He attended Derry schools and was a resident of Derry most of his life before moving to Jensen's Mobile Home Park in Concord. Before his retirement, Wil and his brother, Roland, owned and operated Shamrock Dry Cleaners in Derry for more than 35 years. Wil enjoyed gatherings with his families and friends. He was a devoted and generous husband, grandfather and great-grandfather. At his daughter's home in Deerfield, he enjoyed sitting on the deck, reading and watching the birds on the bird feeders. He enjoyed going to the movies and eating out. Wil had a great sense of humor. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his two daughters, Cheryl Moro of Deerfield and Beverly Philbrick of Concord; four granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roland Routhier of Derry and William Routhier of Palm Bay, Fla.; and one sister, Yvonne Bartlett of Barefoot Bay, Fla. He was predeceased by his wife, Sylvia (Peters) Routhier, who died in 2002; and two brothers, George Routhier and Arthur Routhier. Memorial services and burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice House or the Hospice Program, P.O. Box 1797, Concord 03302-1797.
