Carol A. Guilmette -- January 24, 1947 - December 24,2005 -- PLAINFIELD - Carol A. Guilmette, 58 of Moosup died unexpectedly Saturday evening at DayKimball Hospital, Putnam.She was born January 24, 1947 in Revere, Mass, a daughter of the late Victor and Helen (Piettaszek) Rowen and had lived in Moosup for the past 20 years. Carol was a devoted mother and grandmother. She leaves her companion David Guillemette of Moosup; three sons, James Rowen of Chelsea, Mass, Joseph Rowen of Moosup, and Raymond Guilmette of Wauregan. Two daughters, Krystine Kilimos and Karen Guilmette both of Norwich. One sister Dolores Higgins of Peabody, Mass. Six grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. Also two stepdaughters, Karen and Amanda Guilemette.The funeral will be Thursday at 10:00 AM from Dougherty Bros. Funeral Home, 595 Norwich Rd., Plainfield. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Central Village. Visiting hours are Wednesday 68 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Conn.
