Leo Royer -- 1933 - 2005 -- Leo Royer, 71, a retired mechanic for American National Can Co., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, at a local hospital.Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in Laurel Land of Burleson Memorial Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Leo Royer was working at the Burleson Wal-Mart as a greeter before his passing. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.Survivors: Wife, Beverly Royer of Burleson; daughters, Teresa Smoak of Fort Worth, Pat Parkinson of Kaufman and Michelle McNallen of Roswell, N.M.; son, David Royer of Burleson; mother, Jennie Royer of Winsted, Conn.; sisters, Roberta Pollack, Beverly Riiska, Kathleen Stoffer and Mariann Stone, all of Winsted, Conn.; brothers, David Royer and Wayne Royer, both of Torrington, Conn.; grandchildren, Melissa, April, Jason, Brooke, Phillip and Claire; and numerous nieces and nephews.
