CHESSON, Florence Lillian, Of Welland, peacefully, at the Woolcott Wing of the Welland County General Hospital, on Monday, January 26, 2004, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late George Alfred Chesson (1992). Cherished mother of Paul Chesson (D orothy) of Thorold and Gary Chesson (Sandra) of Welland. Beloved grandmother of Lindsay, Ainsleigh and Chelsea, step-grandmother of Keith Horton (Nancy) and Susan Horton and great-grandmother of Nathan. Dear sister of Carol Montgomery (Joseph) of Nia gara Falls and Helen Marley of Kitchener. Also predeceased by her parents Courtland and Mary Tomlin, sister Selma Christie (Harold), brother Albert Tomlin (Lil) and brother-in-law Herbert Marley. Mrs. Chesson was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Ang lican Church where she served on the Cub and Scout Auxiliary, taught Sunday School and was a member of the Ladies Guild. Friends are invited to vist the family at the H. L. CUDNEY FUNERAL HOME, 241 West Main Street, Welland, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Reverend Ann Macdonald will conduct the funeral service from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 77 Division Street, Welland, on Thursday at 2 p.m. Cremation will follow. Interment of cremated remains in Woodlawn Ceme tery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Holy Trinity Anglican Church or the Welland Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
