Morel (Grabowski), Lottie A. -- Bay City, Michigan Our precious Mother went to join the choir of angels on Christmas morning, Sunday, December 25, 2005 at her home at the age of 90 years. Lottie was born to the late Albert and Anna (Racon) Stawiarski on October 3, 1915 in Detroit, Michigan. She married Stephen Grabowski who preceded her in death in 1958, and later married Arthur Morel who preceded her in death in 1995. Lottie was a member of the League of Catholic Women and Men, Little Flower Sodality, an avid Bingo player, loved playing cards, listening to Polka music, and being with her family. Surviving are her four children: Louise (Gary) Conklin, Ronald (Patricia) Grabowski, Sandra (James) Gage, and Therese (Gary) Barber; two step-sons, Gary (Elaine) Morel, and Tom (Pauline) Morel; 11 grandchildren. She was Busia to Jeffrey, Wendy, Laurie, Gary II, Tammie, Jim, Jr., Anthony, Darren, Stephen, Leonard, and Lynn; seven step-grandchildren: Kelly, Brian, Buddy, Christine, John, Cammie, and Carol; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Stephen; three brothers, and four step-sisters. The Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Gerald Balwinski will officiate with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stapish Cederberg Funeral Home West on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Vigil Service will take place on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Visitation Catholic Church or the Little Flower Sodality. May the angels welcome you to paradise.
