Armand A. Tancrede, 80 , resident of Inman Rd. Nasonville, RI.died Monday, January 17, 2005 at his home in Nasonville, RI.Husband of Gabrielle (Henault) TancredeHe was born November 30, 1924, in Woonsocket RI. Son of the late Lauria and Mary Rose (Forget) TancredeHe worked for the Woonsocket Sponging Co. as a truck driver and machine operator, for over 30 years retiring in 1990. A resident of Nasonville section of Burrillville for 38 years, previously he lived in Woonsocket. A WW11 Navy Veteran Honorably Discharged in April 1946. A graduate of Roberts Techinical Training School, for Auto Mechanics in Boston MA. in 1955. A 3rd degre Knight, for the Knights of Columbus Pascoag Council # 383. A former member of the Civil Air Patrol. Each season he always grew the first and best tomatoes. He and his wife were married 57 years.Survivors include, Son-Armand Tancrede of Harrisville, R.I.Son-Arthur Tancrede of Mapleville, R.I.Daughter-Ann Leduc of Pascoag, R.I.Sister-Muriel King of Woonsocket, R.I.Sister-Lucille Goulet of Naples, Fla.Sister-Marguerite Guilbault of W. Calling hours are Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
