Steven G. Tellier, 47, of Manchester died November 9, 2005 at his residence after a long illness. Born in Manchester on February 14, 1958, he was the son of George and Constance (Brulotte) Tellier. He was a graduate of West High School in 1976 and was a lifelong resident of Manchester. He was appointed to the Board of Assessors for the City of Manchester in 1994 and became chairman of that Board in 1997. Mr. Tellier was a member of the New Hampshire Municipal Association, the Governor’s Commission on Assessing Standards and the New Hampshire International Association of Assessing Officials. He was a former Scout Master with Troop 135 of Sacred Heart Church. He enjoyed Monarch’s hockey games, boating, water sports, motorcycling and tending to his salt water aquarium. IN HIS LIFE: The family includes his wife of 26 years, Darlene (Noel) Tellier of Manchester; a son, Dana Tellier and his fiancé, Carolann Stamnas of Melrose, MA; a daughter, Sherry Tellier of Manchester; his parents of Manchester; a sister, Lynda Tellier of Manchester; three brothers, James Tellier and Charles Tellier both of Manchester and David Tellier of Allenstown; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 pm in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 am in St. Patrick Church, 138 Coolidge Ave., Manchester.
