TURCOTTE - Martin A. Turcotte, 62, of Chula Vista, Calif., died Aug. 13, 2005. He was born Nov. 26, 1942 and grew up in Rahway, N.J. He graduated Rahway High School in 1960, and joined the U.S. Navy. He was a builder in the Sea Bees and served during the Vietnam War. After serving 13 years in the Navy, he became a union carpenter. Martin is survived by his mother, Anna Turcotte, and his sister, Patricia Damm of Barnegat, N.J., his brother, John Turcotte, and children, John Jr. and Monique, of Winfield Park, N.J. his daughter, Michelle Hammond, her husband, Randy, and their children, Lindsey, Adam, and Justin, of Lakeside, Calif., his son, Michael Turcotte of Cherry Point, N.C., his daughter, Danielle Hinson, her husband, Cary, and their two children, Caytlyn and Duston, of Mannheim, Germany. He was interred on Aug. 24, 2005 at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. Published in the Star-Ledger on 11/27/2005.
