BENNETT, Earl James, After a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, March 1, 2004. He fought a good fight. Beloved best friend of Jackie Sirett. Loving son of Kathleen Bennett of Calgary, sister-in-law Doreen Bennett also of Calgary, brother Clayt on and his family of Kelowna, B.C., brother Stan Bennett of St. Catharines. Also survived by five children Kim, Kelly, Keith, all of St. Catharines, Nancy and Gerald of Calgary, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Predeceased by his father Gerald Bennett 1984, his brother Veldon Bennett 1989 and son James Kirk 1991. Earl was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 71, Fort Erie. Cremation has taken place. The family invites friends to the PATRICK J. DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL on Thursda y, March 4, 2004 at 3 o'clock for a period of fellowship and remembrance in the Mary C. Darte Reception Lounge.
