BEATTY, Edna May, On Sunday, March 7, 2004 Edna passed away peacefully at Chateau Gardens Nursing Home, Niagara-on-the-Lake at the age of 86. Predeceased by her loving husband Archie (John) Beatty (2000). Dear mother of David and his wife Marilyn of St. Davids and Gary of Niagara Falls. Sister of Frank Stewart (Aggie), Audrey Hartley and the late Fred Stewart. Edna will fondly be remembered by her six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Edna was a life member of St. Davids-Queenston Unite d Church; she was active as a Sunday School teacher, a Superintendent and a Cub leader for St. Davids Cub Pack. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Davids United-Queenston Church on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 11:00 o'clock. Interment will follow at the churchyard cemetery. In memory of Edna, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Davids United-Queenston Church Memorial Fund. A special thanks for the love and care to the staff of Chateau Gardens.
