LAFAYETTE - Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers, for Dymple Racine Begneaud, 88, the former Dymple Racine Williams, who passed away at 3 a.m. Monday, Dec. 26, 2005, at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette.The Rev. Ira Robinson will officiate the funeral services. Ms. Begneaud was born May 22, 1917, in Timpson, Texas to the late Robert Hale Williams and the former Lelia Eubanks. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lafayette where she taught Sunday school and played the piano. Ms. Begneaud was president of the J.W. Faulk P.T.A.Survivors include one daughter, Charlene "Charlie" Begneaud, of Lafayette; two sons, Wallace P. Begneaud Jr. and his wife, Anne, and James Steven Begneaud and his wife, Mary, both of Lafayette; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Wallace P.
