Wallace A. MCMILLAN

McMILLAN, Wallace A. - (April 20, 1910 - February 10, 2009) - Passed away at the Pines Long Term Care Facility, Bracebridge on Tuesday, February 10, 2009; at the age of 98. Wallace is survived by his wife of over 70 years, Mildred (nee: Pugh) and their 4 sons, Ian, Ken, Neil and Doug and their families. He is predeceased by his 9 brothers and sisters and his parents, George and Mary-Etta McMillan. As a farmer (Greenbank), sales manager (Orangeville), and teacher/department head (Rainy River, Oakville, Orillia), honesty, achievement and “horse sense“ were always present. Living a long healthy life was his aim. A family arranged graveside service will be conducted in Greenbank Cemetery at a later date. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Family Council at The Pines, 98 Pine St., Bracebridge, Ontario P1L 1N5 in memory of Wallace McMillan.
