WAKELIN, E. Clair - Peacefully, at Leisureworld, Orillia, on Tuesday, February 10th, 2009 in his 89th year. Clair Wakelin, beloved husband of Irene (nee DeMille). Loving father of Sherry Wakelin, Nancy (Kim) Ali and Janice (Jack) Vandenberg. Cherished grandfather of Shawn (Michelle) Pott, Christian (Marla) Vandenberg, Jordan (fiance Anna White) Vandenberg, Damian Ali and great grandfather of Brittany, Sabrina and Alaina. Predeceased by his parents Rosalind and Harold Wakelin. The late Mr. Clair Wakelin will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel, February 13th at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Orillia or the Regional Cancer Care Centre, Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie would be greatly appreciated.
