MILLIGAN, Edward (Ted) Stewart, On Sunday, March 21, 2004, at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 82nd year. Edward was the beloved husband of Helen Milligan (1995) and the devoted and much loved father of Margy Lampman (John), Michael (Joyce ), Eddy (Donna) and Dave. He leaves six loving grandchildren, Stevie (Julie), Meaghan (Ryan), Brian, Craig, Heather and Wendy. He is also survived by brother Alex. Predeceased by sisters Margaret and Eleanor.
