DIONNE, Bernice Fay (nee Smith) (Konkle), Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, March 22, 2004, at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Beloved mother of Debbie (Gino) Contini, Catherine (Murray) Rappitt and Kelly (Mike) Quill . Predeceased by her loving son Keith Konkle, husband Capt. Romeo Dionne and parents Clarence and May Smith. Devoted grandmother of Jamie, Gina (Arthur), Angela, Paul, Caitlin, Craig, Steven, Andrew, Michael, Emily and great-grandson Devin. Dear sist er of Dorothy Blacklock and Carol (Harold) Marten. Niece of Art Smith, Lillian Boyle and Fred Lambert. Survived by four nieces and several cousins. Step-mother to Michelle, Esther (Denis), Jacainthe and Raymond (Darlene). Nana to 14 step-grandchildre n. Bernice will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her love of Jazz and her 30 years as a dedicated secretary for the Corporation of Professional Great Lakes Pilots. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Please join us for a celebr ation of her life at St. Paul Street United Church on Friday, March 26, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
