LAMONT, John, Suddenly, but peacefully on Monday, March 22, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. John ("Scotty") Lamont Sr. aged 57, left on his journey to a new and greater place. Beloved husband of Fran for 34 years, cherished father of Jo hn and wife Sarah. John will be greatly missed by his adored grandson Riley. John also leaves behind many family and friends from Scotland. John is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where a service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
