CATTERALL, William (Bill), Peacefully, at the Shaver Hospital on Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at the age of 68. Predeceased by his loving wife Barbara (1994) and his good friend Doris Kish (2003). Loving father of William Jr., Christine (Ewart) Hackett, Alice (Clifford) Kendall, Edward (Christine) Catterall and Robert (Charlene) Catterall. Dear grandfather of Edward, Barbara, James, Cori, John, Shawn and Daniel. Dear brother of Sharon (Rheal) Martin. Special uncle of Mark, Trevor and Scott. Bill wa s a life member of Protection Hose Co. #1 Thorold Volunteers, a member of Canadian Corp Unit #44, Thorold and Past President of Canadian Corp Unit #93. At Bill's request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place. A pr ivate family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in memory of Bill to the charity of choice would be appreciated by Bill's family. Bill will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family sincerely appreciates the comforting and tender care given by the nurses and doctors at the St. Catharines General Hospital Palliative Care Unit and the Shaver Hospital One West Wing.
