CAMPBELL, William John, At the Niagara Health System Welland Site Woolcott Wing, on Thursday, March 25, 2004, William John "Bill" Campbell of Fonthill. Beloved husband of 55 years to his loving wife Mary (Pivarnyik), and loving father of Mark Campbe ll and his wife Catherine of Port Dalhousie and Dr. Karen Campbell of Reading, Pennsylvania, Also loved by his grandchildren Lisa, Wil and Calum and predeceased by his granddaughter Amy (1992). Brother of Charles, John, Alexander, Elaine and Rosemary . Bill retired from the Norton Company in 1990, was an avid golfer, reader and gardener. Special thanks to Dr. J. Giesbrecht and the oncology nurses at the Hotel Dieu Hospital and to Cathy Kimmer and the Palliative Care nurses at the Woolcott Wing at Welland Hospital and to the Home Care nurses Erynn, Colleen and Carole. A special thanks to all of our relatives and friends for their love and support. Cremation has taken place. At the family's request, there will be no visitation or funeral servi ce at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to any one of the Hospital Foundations at any of our local hospitals, or to any one of our local Humane Societies.
