GERLITZ, Yvonne Helen (nee Stazicker) September 7, 1936 - February 7, 2009 Yvonne Helen Gerlitz passed away on February 7, 2009 at the age of 72 years. Yvonne will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Cameron and his wife Roxanne, Christopher and his wife Heather, Cory and his wife Jennifer, Craig and his wife Cathy, all of Calgary and her brother Bryan Stazicker and his family of Nanaimo, British Columbia. She will also be missed by her seven grandchildren, Andrew, Jordan, Ciara, Austen, Trinity, Orin and Kade. Yvonne will be missed dearly by her many family members, friends and Sorority Sisters of Beta Sigma Phi. Yvonne is predeceased by her husband Leroy Gerlitz, her mother Victoria Stazicker and father Henry Stazicker. A Celebration of Yvonne's Life will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4 Street N.W., (within the valley of Queen's Park Cemetery), on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so prior to the Celebration from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 - 29 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 4N2 (Telephone 403-521-3433).
