Edna SHARPE

RICHARDS, Edna - Passed away peacefully on Sunday February 15, 2009 at Bay Haven Nursing Home in Collingwood in her 89th year. Edna, beloved wife of William Richards. Loving mother of Wendy and her husband Brian Bonwick. Dear sister of Tom (Betty) Sharpe, Marg Masson and Shirley and her husband Harold Parker. Will be forever cherished in the hearts of her grandchildren Ryan and his partner Sarah and Braden and his partner Stephanie. Survived by sisters in law Ethel, Joan, Sandy and Elizabeth Sharpe. Predeceased by brothers Bob, Bill, Joe, Angus, Hugh and Duncan Sharpe, sister Jessie Boyes, brothers in law Charlie Masson and Jim Boyes and sisters in law Helen and Thelma Sharpe. Predeceased also by her parents William and Flora Sharpe. Visitation took place on Tuesday February 17, 2009 from 7-9 in the evening at FAWCETT FUNERAL HOMES, Collingwood Chapel, 82 Pine Street. A funeral service was held on Wednesday February 18, 2009 at 1:00pm in the chapel with a reception that followed. Spring Interment, Singhampton Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation in Mrs. Richards memory.
