LAMMERS, Rieka, Died peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, May 7, 2004 to be with the Lord in her 93rd year. Born in Aalten, The Netherlands on November 3, 1911, she immigrated with her late husband, Willem and her children to Canada in 1951. Loving mother of Henk and his wife Leny, Linie and her husband Dirk Broer, and her son Ron. Dear Oma of William (Karen), Allan (Amy), Audrey (Paul), Rita-Joan (Mitch), Kathleen (Paul), John (Tricia), Brenda (Scott), Wilma (Imre), Rac hel, Jennifer (Shawn), and Meaghan (John). Also great-grandmother of eight. Predeceased by her dear sister Sina Luimes. Rieka was a longtime faithful member of Trinity Orthodox Reformed Church. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH F UNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, 905-684-6346, on Sunday, May 9, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be celebrated at Trinity Orthodox Reformed Church, 99 Scott Street on Monday, May 10, 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment at Pleas antview Memorial Gardens.
