PIPER, Richard (Dick), Passed away after a lengthy illness, on Friday, May 21st, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 74th year. Predeceased by his wife Lillian (1995). Loving father of Kenneth and Patrick, both of Smooth Rock Falls, L yle (Michelle) Piper, Lorie Talbot, both of St. Catharines and Cheryl (Marty) Mancuso of Niagara Falls. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Michelle, Rick, Jessica, Kevin, Trevor, Kayla and Maggie. Survived by his sister Diana Thompson of Orill ia and Maureen Drosky of Elliot Lake and predeceased by sister Joy Millaire. Dick was employed with General Motors of Canada for over 35 years. The family would like to thank Dr. Singh, Dr. Gruber, Dr. Blewett and the nursing staff at the St. Cathari nes General Hospital for all their caring and support during this difficult time. A special thank you to Pride Mobility for allowing him to maintain his independence through use of their specialty equipment. As per his wishes, cremation has taken pla ce and a private family service will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the KARL A.
