MACAULEY, Elizabeth (Betty), 1954-2004 Betty left us after a sudden illness with Cancer on May 21, 2004. Survived by her husband of 22 years, Allan, and Son David (Sue). Pre-deceased by her mother and father, Laura and James Smith. Survived by siste rs Gloria and Lillian and brothers, Fred (Donna), John (Robin), and Jim. Many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and many, many friends loved Betty. Funeral has taken place. Special thanks to all friends and family that attended.
