MENARD, Delima (nee Bertin) Magnan, It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on May 22, 2004 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in her 77th year. Predeceased by her son Claude (1950) and husband Andre (1953), her second hu sband Alexander (1977) and son Alphonse (2003). Dear mother of Claudette and husband Jean-Guy Gelinas of St. Catharines, Robert and wife Joanne Magnan of Red Deer, Alberta and Raymond and wife Leeanne Menard of Nanaimo, B.C.Loving grandmother of Gine tte, Rene, Jason, Richard, Rachelle, Natalie, Clinton, Kevin, and Leah. Devoted and great-grandmother to Chelsea, Andrew, and Brianna. Survived by sisters-in-law Angele, Cecile, Marguerite, Rose and Marie Jeanne. Brothers-in-law Simon and Bernard. Th e family will receive friends at the PATRICK J. DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 39 Court Street at King on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at Immaculee Conception Church at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to fol low. Parish prayers will be said in the funeral home Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Special thank you to Pat for being there in my time of sorrow; God did answer my prayer and sent me an angel to pray with me.
