FROST, Julien Mark, Passed away suddenly at his residence on Thursday, June 10, 2004 at the age of 40 years. Born in England, raised in St. Catharines, he has lived in Port Colborne since 2000 to help his beloved wife Dr. Adriana Palencar-Frost set up and run her medical practice and was a loving father of children Ellis age 6 and Erika age 3. He is survived by his mother Jean Frost, sisters Bridget and Josie, brothers Robin, Adam and Simon and their families, his mother-in-law and father-in-la w Adrian and Eva Palencar, sister-in-law Sandra and her husband Matthew Mills and all his family and also their son Jasper. The Frost family will receive visitors at the PORT COLBORNE CHAPEL of the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES, 135 Clarence St. on Sunday, June 13, 2004 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. with Father David Spengler officiating. Cremation will follow with a private interment of ashes in Mount St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Port Colborne General Hospital Foundation. Julien we love you dearly and you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. You will be greatly missed by everyone. Be with God. Special thanks to Dr. C. Wayda, Dr. A. B ell, Dr. D. Rivers, Dr. J.
