Williamson, George H.F. Passed away in his 87th year on Saturday February 28th, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Catherine Williamson. Will be remembered fondly by his sons, Colin and Ian, and daughters-in-law, Anne and Marilyn, Loving “Poppa“ to grandchildren Craig (Lesley), Karen and Alana and extended family family overseas. What a wonderful life! Served in the Royal Navy, a true Scotsman, loved Robbie Burns, loved his haggis. A self made George started Williamson Automotive in 1977 - was happiest surrounded by his beautiful flowers and gardens, and by his family. George regaled us with his wit and humour. He was loved by many, and touched others deeply with his warmth, kindness and generosity. He will be greatly missed. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 5th at the W. JOHN THOMAS FUNERAL HOME, 244 Victoria St. E., Alliston. If so desired, memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation, Toronto, would be appreciated. 11429143
