GAUTHIER, Aurore (nee Sabourin) - At North Bay General Hospital Scollard Site, on Thursday, July 15, 2004 at the age of 86 years, following a valiant battle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband Alfred Gauthier (1968) and a daughter Oneida. Dear mother of Gerry (Sue) of Sudbury, Sylvia (Joe Jackson) of St. Albert, Alberta, Linda (Bob Van Adel) of Mississauga and Darlene (Kevin Hoffman) of North Bay. She will be fondly remembered by her nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Aurore was a devout catholic and loving mother to her family. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Road, on Sunday, July 18 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass Monday, July 19 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1265 Wyld Street at 11 a.m. Donations to the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre in memory of Aurore will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
