COWIE, Clarice, Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 86, on Sunday, July 18, 2004. Beloved wife of the late George William Cowie (1988). Loving mother of Margaret (Peter) Grucza and Da wn (Jim) Townson of St. Catharines, Clarice (Gary) Hill of Ohsweken and Penny (Frank) Cowles of Edmonton, Alberta. Loving Nanna of Peter, Candice, Heath, Dean, Hugh, Ian, Jill and Gene. Dear sister of Vi Dinning and Phyllis Dryden. Also survived by m any friends and relatives. Predeceased by two brothers and a sister in England. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the PATRICK J. DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 39 Court St. (at King) on Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and at the Cha pel Lounge of Mountainview United Church, 150 Glendale Avenue on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
