PULFORD, Ida Nora, At the Cancer Hospice, Lisaard House, Cambridge on Friday, July 23, 2004. Ida (Klages) Pulford at the age of 86 years. Wife of the late W.C.J. (Joe) Pulford (1963). Beloved mother of Ross and his wife Margaret of St. Catharines; P aul and his wife Anne-Marie of Waterloo. Loving grandmother of Chris, Anne (Damian) all of St. Catharines, Juliana of Ottawa, Isaac of Kuala Lumpur and Michael of Waterloo. Also survived by her sister Hilda Klages of Sarnia, her niece Shirley (Ralph) Huckle of Hanover, nephew Carmen Redmond (Bonnie) of Barrie, Terry (Ann) Redmond of Hanover. Special friends Clare Carberry of Toronto, Mary Bowman of Owen Sound and Barbara Hodsdon of Kincardine and many cousins of the Kuhl and Ruhl families in the Owen Sound area. Predeceased by her mother Ida Klages and her sister and brother in law Elma and Art Redmond. Ida was a radio operator with T.C.A. during World War II, office manager at Walker's Department Store in Guelph, followed by many years in the Department of Residences at the University of Guelph. She had been active at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Guelph. She was a member of the Board (Chair) of the Elliott Home in Guelph. She held her ARCT in piano, was an avid Amateur artist a nd supporter of the arts. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL - McINTYRE & WILKIE FUNERAL HOME, One Delhi Street Guelph (from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday). Service at the Gilchrist Chapel on Monday, July 26th at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. John Bor thwick officiating. Interment Memory Gardens.
