WINCOTT, James Edward - On Saturday, August 7th, 2004 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 85. Loving husband of Jenny (nee Cameron) for 63 years. Dear father to Nancy and Jim and his wife Gail. Grandfather of B.J. and Clark. Predeceased by brothers Leigh and Frank and sisters Thora Hurl and Audrey MacLaughlin. Survived by sister Grace Simpson and brother Bob Prentice. James was the founder of Wincott Electric, a member of the Niagara Falls Hydro Commission for 35 years and a 32nd degree Mason. James is at the Morse & Son Chapel of the Morgan Funeral Homes, 5917 Main Street, where his family will receive friends on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, 5645 Morrison St, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Greater Niagara General Hospital Emergency Room Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
