PARENT, Gail Patricia - passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, December 14, 2008, in her 66th year. Gail Parent (nee Severin) of Pembroke, wife of the late Emery Parent. Dear mother of Michael Parent (Tony), Pembroke. Sister of Gary Severin (Arlene), Pembroke. Dear aunt to Christine Reavie (Bruce), and Wendy Weckworth (Jim), both of Pembroke. Great-aunt to Tyler Hawkins, Ottawa; Kyle Mainland, Southampton; and Brett & Jacob Weckworth, Pembroke. Predeceased by Lauren Mainland. Sister-in-law of John Parent (Diane), Petawawa; Huey Parent (Jackie), Scarborough; Marilyn Parent (late Severine), Beachburg; Anthony Parent (Joanne), Petawawa; Gaetane Rose (late Lloyd), Petawawa; Archie Parent (Debbie), Kitchener; Suzanne Thompson (Mike), Petawawa; Pierrette Plante (Chris), Brantford; the late Conrad Parent; and Lynn Parent (Guy), Kitchener; as well as many nieces and nephews. Daughter of the late Gerald and Helen Severin (nee Young). Survived by faithful companion Scout. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Friday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday after 9:30 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Pembroke, on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in St. Patrick's Anglican Cemetery, Lower Stafford.
