LAFRENIERE, Marie-Reine (Née Desormiers) - It is with great sorrow the family announces her death in Sudbury on Saturday, January 3rd, 2009 at the age of 69 years. Daughter of the late Cyprien and late Emilia (née Forgette) Desormiers. Wife of the late Robert Lafrenière. Loving mother of Danielle Lanteigne (Ray Robillard), Michel Lafrenière (Linda Pépin), Marc Lafrenière (Sandra Cull), Guy Lafrenière (Angie) all of Sudbury and Diane Lafrenière of Québec. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Julie (Luc Audette), Bobby Lanteigne, Joel, Stephan, Kevin, Ryan, Jamie, Calvin, Cathrina and Reg and by her great-grandchildren Ashton, Coleton and Jaiden. Dear sister of Gregoire (wife Lucille Blais), Jacqueline (husband Fernand Levac), Françoise (husband Léo Gauthier), Aurèle (wife Gilberte Bigras), André (wife Simone Martel), Gerard (friend Jinnette Savard) all of Sturgeon Falls, Thérèse (husband Roger Chrétien) of Sudbury and Victor (wife Hélène Guenette) of Welland, On. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Marie Flore Crispien (husband late Gerad), Georgette Rivard (husband late Suylther), Jules (wife Gabrielle) and Florian (wife late Helene). The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Monday, January 5, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. in the Co-Operative Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury.
