Réjeanne Bisson Passed away on / Décédé(e) le January 13, 2009 We regret to announce the death of Réjeanne Bisson on January 13th at the age of 78 years. She had lived in Ottawa for 40 years and just returned to Kapuskasing two years ago. She was a great caregiver and friend to many. She volunteered at both the North Centennial Manor and at Extendicare Kapuskasing. She enjoyed playing cards, visiting with relatives, being a member of the Golden Age Club. She was also an avid Ottawa Senators fan. She was predeceased by her parents: Irène and Ovila Bisson; four brothers: Raymond, Fernand, Gerard and Ronald Bisson; one sister: Pauline Boucher; and one niece, Linda Ouellette. She is survived by one sister: Claire Simpson of Kapuskasing; six nieces: Cindy Reasbeck wife of Wayne, Debbie Ottewell wife of John, Michelle Francoeur wife of Raymond, Micheline McLeod wife of Sonny, Carole Ginter wife of Paul and Suzanne Cotnam wife of Jim; five nephews: Billy Bisson husband of Brenda, Gilles Bisson husband of Heather, Daniel Bisson husband of Manon, Bruce Pye husband of Suzie and Bryan Pye husband of Nancy; as well as many great-nieces and nephews. Réjeanne Bisson will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 21 at 10:30 a.m. at St Patrick's Church with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the North Centennial Manor or Extendicare Nursing Home would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Guenette Funeral Home.
