Mrs Evelyn Forsythe September 17, 1932 - March 4, 2009 On Wednesday, March 4, 2009 Evelyn passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the age of 76 years. She was predeceased by her parents and brother Frank Weimer. Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband Terry; children LeeAnn Forsythe (Neil Crookshanks), Tim Forsythe, Tom Forsythe (Sandra); grandchildren Joel Forsythe, Rory Forsythe, Danny Forsythe, Meghan Forsythe, Dylan Crookshanks and Bree Crookshanks; two great grandchildren Talan Forsythe and Kaden Coneghan; brothers and sisters Arnold (Audrey) Weimer, Emma Tumback, Lorraine Papp, Harold Weimer and Max Weimer; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Allan Blair and Palliative Care for their care of Evelyn. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Monday, March 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in Evelyn’s memory may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 7T1.
