Brian Daniel Schulhauser November 18, 1945 - March 29, 2009 - With great love and wonderful memories, the family of Brian Schulhauser announces his passing on Sunday, March 29, 2009. He leaves behind his beloved wife Paulette; three sons Terry, Tim (Shannon), Ryan (Charlene); daughter Amanda (Darren); three beautiful granddaughters Alida, Isabelle, Kendyl and his little buddy Sisquo. He also leaves behind his brother Garnet (Cathy) Schulhauser; three sisters Coleen (Garry) Schwartz, Marlene (George) Smadu, Marj (Bill) Hendren; Aunt Marj Gunn; mother-in-law Lill Zech; sisters-in-law Brenda (Larry) Macknak, Carol (Paul) Snow and a large loving extended family. Brian grew up on a farm near Cupar, SK., before making his home in Saskatoon in 1981. He found great joy being with his family and more recently watching his granddaughters grow. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Brian had great strength of character and a wonderful sense of values which he instilled in everyone around him. He will be remembered for his caring and helpful nature and his infectious laugher. Brian will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (east on 8th Street, turn right before railway crossing). Rite of Committal will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Donations in Brian’s memory may be made to the Sherbrooke Foundation Inc. (401 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon, SK., S7H 2E7).
