SPENCE, Grant K. - Passed away peacefully with his family at his side, on Thursday, September 16, 2004 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive Site in his 65th year. Loving father of Marilyn Bowling (husband Pete) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Steve Whiteside (wife Melinda) of Peterborough, Keri Graham (husband Ron) of Lindsay and Kurt Matser of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Michael, Matthew & Nicholas Bowling, Diondra & Alysha Whiteside, Elisha-Kay & Katie Graham. Son of the late Kenneth & Doreen Spence. Brother of George (wife Faye) and Wayne (wife Barb) both of Omemee. Uncle of Gena, Kyla, Kerri, Blake & Ryan. Will also be missed by best friend Keith Woodbeck and many other close friends and acquaintances. Friends and family will received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street from 2-4 & 7-9pm Sunday. Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, September 20th, 2004 at 1:30 pm. In memory of Grant, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
