VINK, Pieter - Age 73, loving husband, father and Opa, passed away September 24, 2004. Predeceased by parents Dingeman and Hendrika (Von Gessel) Vink of Tiel, The Netherlands, mother in law and best friends: Margaret Mason of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Survived by his wife Anita (Mason) Vink; children: Gordon (Jill) Vink, Pamela Vink and Karen (Scott) Hollis; grandchildren: Jarren, Shona and Alec Vink and Jeremiah Hollis; brothers Jack Vink of England, Dingeman Vink of The Netherlands and Arnold (Joanna) Vink of Australia; many brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. He retired in 1994 from BBS Limited. He is past member of the Society of Professional Engineers of Ontario Canada, The Ritual of the Calling of the Engineer in Canada, The Ohio Society of Professional Engineers and past chairman and national board member of The Order of the Engineer. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 East Johnstown Road Gahanna (614-939-4558). Memorial Service 3 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the Church of St. Edward, 214 Fairway Blvd Whitehall, Ohio (614-861-1777) with the Reverend Gwynneth J. Mudd, officiating. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The James Cancer Hospital, (B-13-459), 300 West 10th Ave, Columbus OH 43210 or Hospice of Mt.
