Vanhorn, Catherine "Cathy"- passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Wednesdsay September 29, 2004 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 63.Ê Loving mother of LaRosa Mitchell (Joshua Buck), Kerry (Mike) Morneau, Melissa Vanhorn, John (Patricia) Tomas and David Tomas.Ê Predeceased by her infant daughter Michelle Lee (1968).Ê Dear grandmother of Caleb, Emma and Jesse.Ê Sister of Mary Ann Danahy and Sister Helen Danahy.Ê Dear sister-in-law of Douglas Damon.Ê Predeceased by her sister Theresa Damon and her parents Stanley and Rose Danahy. Cathy was a staff member at the Greater Niagara General Hospital for many years and is survived by many friends. Cathy's family will receive friends at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES on Friday and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.Ê Funeral service will take place in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
