GILCHRIST, John "Jack"- passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Monday October 11, 2004 in his 77th year.Ê Survived by his wife of 23 years Anne, sons Michael, Larry (Dorothy), Paul (Sheila) .Ê Will be sadly missed by his sister Muriel (John) and brothers Harold (Janice), Bill (Francine), Royden (Joyce), Gordon (Jean), Howard (Elsie), Al (Betty) and also his sister-in-law Marg.Ê Predeceased by his father Charles and his mother Dorothy, sister Betty and brothers Fred and Donald.Ê Jack will also be missed by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many friends.Ê Jack drove a tractor trailer for over 30 years until he retired, but was a longtime resident and superintendent for over 30 years at Capri Apartments in Niagara Falls. Jack is resting at the Morse & Son Chapel of the Morgan Funeral Homes, 5917 Main Street where his family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m and Thursday from 2-4 p.m & 7-9 p.m.Ê Funeral Service will take place on Friday at 11:00 o'clock at the Niagara Worship Centre 6846 Frederica Street.Ê Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
