ROWLEY, Frances Of Lynchburg, Virginia, peacefully with her daughter by her side at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus on Thursday, October 14, 2004 at the age of 74. Fran moved to Windsor in 1980 when she married the late James Rowley (1992). Beloved mother of David Cagle, Mike Cagle and his wife Mary, Kathy Fisher and Carolyn Price. Dear stepmother of Frances Chuby and her husband Bill and Glenna McCartney and her husband Terry. Fran will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, her great grandchildren and her dearest friend Nancy Chevalier and her husband Rick. Fran has now gone to be with her husband Jim and her great grandson Samuel McCartney Ford. At Fran's request, cremation has taken place and interment was held at Victoria Memorial Gardens. As your expression of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. A special thanks to Rev. Harold Dolman of St. Aiden's Anglican Church, the caring staff of Extend-A-Care Tecumseh, and the wonderful support of the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
