FORGET, Richard "Rick" Passed away after a lengthy illness on October 19, 2004 at University Hospital, London at 40 years of age. Beloved son of Barbara Forget-Souligny and the late Joseph Forget (1995). Dear step-son of Vincent Souligny. Dearly loved brother and friend of Kathy and Fred Kehl, Ron and Cathy Forget, Karen and Tom Gagnon, David and Lisa Forget. Special uncle of Jamie, Erik, Melanie, Alison, Mitchel, Nickolas, Christopher, Sean, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Robert, D.J., and Ashley. Step brother of Shelly and Dave Smith, Danny and Diane Souligny, Brian and Denise Souligny, Denise and Bob Smith, Linda and Chris Breault, Pam and Keith Boussey. Rick was a Quality Manager for QM Plastics, and prior he was an Independent Quality Auditor. If you so desire, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Liver Foundation, or the I.C.U. University Hospital, London would be appreciated by the family.
