LABONTE, Colette (Levesque) On Fri., Oct. 22, 2004, with her family by her side at Met. Hosp. She has gone to be with her God and the Blessed Virgin. Loving wife of 38 years to Armand. Daughter of the late Xavier and Marie Levesque. Dear sister of Geralde Lizotte, Ernest, Georgette Levesque of Levis, Que.; Germaine Adam of Dearborn, Mich.; Juliette and Ozzie Berger of Warren, Mich. Dear sister-in-law of Lucia, Cecile, Jocelynne, Marie Paul. Predeceased by brothers Gerard, Roger, Yves Andre, Gilles, and Marcel and Rita. Loving daughter-in-law of Imelda Labonte. Loving sister-in-law of Roland and Mariette, Colette, Andre and Marie, Suzanne, Donald, Marcel, Denis and Dianne, Rejeanne and Blair, Serge and Anne, Nicole and Chris, and the late Benoit. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Special aunt to Roger, John, Marc, Annette, Denis, and Monica. Colette was an avid golfer and was a member of Beach Grove Golf and Country Club. Visiting Sun. and Mon. from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9p.m. Funeral procession leaves Tues., Oct. 26, 2004, at 10 a.m. from Melady Funeral Home, 572 Notre Dame St., Belle River, 728-1500, to St. Simon & St. Jude Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Parish prayers Mon. at 8 p.m. Interment St. Simon & St. Jude Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. A tree will be planted in memory of Colette Labonte in the Melady Heritage Forest. A dedication will be held Sept. 25, 2005.
